  1. 1. Cancellation Policy

    • Free Cancellation:
      Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the advance amount.
    • Partial Cancellation Charges:
      Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the check-in date will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
    • No Refund:
      Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date, or failure to check in (no-show), will be non-refundable.

  2. 2. Refund Policy

    • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
    • Refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment used during booking.
    • Any applicable bank charges, payment gateway fees, or transaction deductions may be deducted from the refund amount.

  3. 3. Modification & Rescheduling

    • Requests for date changes or booking modifications must be made at least 72 hours prior to check-in and are subject to availability.
    • Modifications requested within 72 hours may be treated as a cancellation and charged accordingly.
    • Rate differences may apply for revised dates.

  4. 4. Early Departure

    • In case of early check-out, no refund will be provided for unused room nights.

  5. 5. Peak Season & Special Dates

    • During peak seasons, festivals, and holidays, strict cancellation policies apply.
    • Bookings made during these periods may be non-refundable or partially refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.

  6. 6. Group Bookings

    • For bookings of three or more rooms, separate cancellation and refund terms may apply.
    • Advance payments for group bookings may be non-refundable.

  7. 7. Force Majeure

    • The hotel shall not be held responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond control, including natural disasters, road blockages, weather conditions, strikes, or government regulations.
    • In such cases, management may offer rescheduling options at its discretion.
