Booking Policy

  1. 1. Reservation Confirmation

    • All room bookings must be confirmed with a valid payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer).
    • A reservation will be considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and a confirmation message/email from the hotel.

  2. 2. Advance Payment

    • Guests are required to pay 30–50% of the total booking amount in advance to secure the reservation.
    • The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.

  3. 3. Identification Requirement

    • All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at the time of check-in.
    • Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

  4. 4. Room Allocation

    • Room allocation is subject to availability and is at the discretion of the hotel management.
    • Specific room preferences (view, floor, etc.) will be accommodated subject to availability but are not guaranteed.

  5. 5. Check-in & Check-out Timings

    • Check-in Time: 12:00 PM
    • Check-out Time: 10:00 AM
    • Early check-in or late check-out may be provided subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  6. 6. Extra Person / Extra Bed Policy

    • Additional charges apply for extra guests or extra beds, as per hotel tariff.
    • Only the number of guests mentioned in the booking are allowed to stay.

  7. 7. Child Policy

    • Children below 5 years of age can stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding.
    • Additional charges will apply for extra bedding or older children.

  8. 8. Group Bookings

    • Bookings of three or more rooms may be treated as group reservations.
    • Separate terms and conditions, including higher advance payment requirements, may apply.

  9. 9. Peak Season & Special Dates

    • During peak seasons, festivals, and holidays, 100% advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.
    • Booking terms may vary during these periods.

  10. 10. Modification of Booking

    • Any request for changes in dates or number of guests must be communicated in advance and is subject to availability.
    • The hotel reserves the right to revise rates in case of modifications.

  11. 11. Payment Modes Accepted

    • UPI / Bank Transfer
    • Credit / Debit Cards
    • Cash (as per applicable regulations)
